Refund Policy

All sales are final. There is no refund policy once a premium membership, digital test package, or paid service has been successfully activated on your account.

ExamTypingTest.com provides digital access to advanced typing exam preparation tools. We strongly encourage all users to fully utilize the free typing tests available on the platform to evaluate the interface, speed calculator accuracy, and overall performance before committing to a paid plan.

Circumstances where NO refund will be provided include:

• You changed your mind after purchasing.
• You no longer need to prepare for the typing exam.
• You forgot to cancel a recurring subscription (if applicable) before the renewal date.
• Dissatisfaction with the service after extensive usage.
• Purchasing the plan by mistake.

Exceptions for Technical Failures:
If a payment is successfully deducted from your bank account but the premium typing features are not unlocked due to a server error on our end, we request you to contact us immediately. We will manually verify the transaction and activate your account. If we are completely unable to deliver the promised digital access due to an internal fault, we will initiate a refund review process.
