Prohibited activities include using automated bots to register fake typing scores, attempting to breach our server security, scraping test passages, or sharing premium account credentials with multiple users.

Account Types (Free & Premium)

ExamTypingTest.com operates on a freemium model. Certain tests and basic analytics are available for free. However, in-depth mock exams, advanced performance tracking, and restriction-free practicing require a valid Premium Plan subscription.

Digital Deliverables

All premium upgrades constitute digital service access. There is zero physical delivery of goods involved with our service. By paying, you unlock online features instantly or within a standard technical timeframe. Refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

Strict Refund Guidelines

Purchases of premium plans are considered final and non-refundable. We urge all users to test the free version of our platform to ensure compatibility with their devices before buying. Refunds will not be issued for lack of usage, change of exam plans, or failure to clear an exam. Exceptions are strictly limited to technical failures originating from our servers. Intellectual Property

The code, design, interface, and curated typing passages (excluding public domain text) on this website are the property of ExamTypingTest.com. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial redistribution of our content is strictly forbidden.

Limitation of Liability

We provide these tools to aid your practice. ExamTypingTest.com shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, loss of opportunity, or failure in actual examinations resulting from the use of our site. Our maximum financial liability to you regarding any service-related dispute is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding six months.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from the use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
